2025: The Year the Agents Arrived

From Time magazine naming the “Architects of AI” Person of the Year to the successful deployment of agents across sectors of business and government, 2025 has seen notable milestones in AI. As we begin 2026, we'd like to celebrate a few of these achievements, as well as recognize and thank our team and customers for an exciting and productive year.

20,000 Hours Saved: The ROI Story Gets Real

As we closed out 2025, we’re proud to count more than 16,000 new agents built on aiXplain. One of our customers now manages billions of dollars of budgets and reports that agents have saved 20,000 work-hours for people who would’ve had to do these tasks manually, taking somewhere from 9 to 12 months. Since deploying their agents, they’ve taken that time down to 1 to 3 months, a huge value that can be translated into significant dollars saved.

1.2M Translators Meet AI

Speaking of Translated , that’s also the name of the largest translation company in Europe, with 1.2 million human translators - and they can never find enough people to do this important work. Thus, the Italian company sought to use agents to streamline its workflow and improve the quality of localized content for its customers like Uber and Airbnb.

Agents Handle the Work LLMs Can’t

High quality translation work requires context that often demands time-consuming research. Agents are now being deployed for some of these tasks, enabling humans to do seven times more work. Humans have also been upleveled and trained to work as editors and managers, while agents work to translate the first draft. LLMs alone can not do this work as agents use multiple tools. Translated reported a 25% increase in the quantity and quality of translations when their human employees worked with agents that are specially trained and have the ability to evolve.

Building the Team Behind the Agents

An emerging project we’re proud of is in Syria where we’re employing students and young professionals to support large corporations in the MENA region through our platform. We have about a hundred people in Syria working on this and are excited to see it grow.
